Return & Exchange Policy



There may be times when items arrive damaged due to being damaged in transit should this happen

you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery we require photographic proof of the item(s) that are damaged.

Items will be replaced at no cost to you once we received evidence of damaged goods.  Evidence can be provided by emailing a photograph to us, our email can be found at the bottom of this page.


We will refund if the above conditions are adhered to.


Replacements will be re cut and sent within 10 days of evidence being provided, all refunds will be issued on the day of evidence

given unless notified other wise. 

If the items were damaged in transit before arriving to you, the items will be replaced with 7 working days. We will not issue refunds on items damaged in transit if they are made to your requirements and/or your designs.


** Items that are made to a customer's own specification or orders specifically for you cannot be returned unless faulty or where an error is made on our part **


Any missing items from your order must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of your parcel.  Claims after that period will not be honoured.

All returns (Not including customer's own specifiction items or orders specifically for you) are sent back to 
Wooden Crafted Gifts at the cost of the customer.


Where an exchange is required (not including customer's own specification or orders made specifically for you), you will need to return the goods, as above.  Your refund will then be completed upon receipt of the unwanted goods - see above

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to Wooden Crafted Gifts. due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. Wooden Crafted Gifts. is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

Pricing Policy


Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

Once your order is received and an email notification has been sent you have entered into a contract of service.

This means If you want to cancel our services you’ve arranged, there is a 14 calendar days cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations


Your cooling-off period begins the day after you enter a contract (The day your order is placed) with Wooden Crafted Gifts, after this period

a refund will not be issued in any cirrumstances. 


IE if you change your mind and no longer require your order you have 14 days from the date your order was placed to receive a

refund, if you request to cancel after the 14 days you will not be entitled to a refund of any kind.
